We’ve created ready-to-go catering boxes designed for every occasion, while still giving you the flexibility to customise them with your favourite Luke’s flavours.
Whether you’re planning an office lunch, birthday, team meeting, family gathering or just looking for an excuse to eat more Luke’s, our new catering range has you sorted.
A feast for the eyes before the first bite. Our Rice Paper Rolls Box is designed to make a statement, featuring 18 full-size rice paper rolls or 36 party serves, hand-rolled in vibrant red, yellow and green rice paper, then elegantly finished with edible flowers for a presentation that’s almost too beautiful to eat! Like unwrapping a gift, the striking colours and delicate garnishes awaken the senses before the first bite delivers an explosion of fresh Vietnamese flavours.
Each roll is generously filled with premium micro herbs, fresh mint, crisp lettuce, pickled carrots & daikon, julienned cucumber, bánh hỏi (woven fine rice vermicelli) and your choice of up to two protein flavours. Every ingredient is carefully layered to create the perfect balance of freshness, texture and flavour.
Every box is accompanied by a generous serve of your choice of dipping sauce, ensuring every roll is coated in flavour from the first to the very last.

Our coloured baguettes were inspired by an innovative movement in Vietnam, where bakers began incorporating surplus produce into their bread to reduce food waste while creating something truly unique. We’ve continued that philosophy by naturally colouring our signature baguettes with vegetables that not only create vibrant colours but also help reduce food waste.

Unlimited entries are permitted, provided each entry is unique. Only entries that meet the competition criteria will be considered.
Prize – One winner will receive x1 Luke’s Fat Box (x8 Full Size Banh Mi), x1 Luke’s Mini Box (x16 Slider Size Banh Mi), and x1 Rice Paper Rolls Box (x18 Full OR 36 Party Serves). The winner will be contacted privately via Instagram with instructions on how to redeem their prize. The prize must be redeemed within three months of the winner being notified.
